My time is a finite and valuable resource. By booking an appointment, you are securing a block of time that is no longer available to others. Therefore, the following policy is strictly enforced:
- Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Rescheduling: If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment, your deposit may be credited toward a one-time rescheduling of your session at my discretion.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you are required to pay 50% of the remaining session balance as a broken-contract fee.
- No-Shows: If you fail to appear for your appointment without notice, you owe 100% of the scheduled session price. Consequences: Failure to settle cancellation or no-show fees will result in a permanent ban and your placement on a shared industry blacklist. I do not tolerate flakes; if you waste my time, you will pay for it.
